A thank you to my friend who recommended Caroline and then a thank you to Caroline for having such a huge effect on my life I still can't quite believe it (3 months later!) I don't want to share why I went to Caroline but I do want to say that if you are thinking about it, but not sure, just call her and go. It was a BIG deal for me to write that first email. My heart was pounding with nerves when she first called and I nearly bailed on my first visit. But I needn't have worried Caroline is super friendly, she puts you at ease instantly and got straight to the issue...without me really realising what it was.
She listened, as in really listened, she 'did her magic' and I haven't looked back since. So in short this isn't a review, this is a really big thank you.
